Description

The Goal Of This Session: is to improve your run power output over 10-60 minutes<br><br>This session has been designed to be completed outside, on the road. Depending on the terrain you have available, you might find it difficult to complete this session exactly as outlined.<br><br>Aim to implement the main set as closely as possible to what is prescribed. Warm-up thoroughly and then complete the right amount of time at the prescribed intensity. Note - you might find you need to cut the interval length slightly if the hill is too short. To help with this aim to plan a route where you can run in endurance zone for the majority of time, with just five climbs at threshold.<br>Estimated distance: 9.8 km
