Beschreibung

A long ride in the Ardeche area in southern France. The first part to the village of Mezilhac goes steadily uphill, but the slope is never very steep. The last part is mainly downhill, so you can recover a bit from the hard work. The road between 42-50 km is very small, soI couldn't speed up very much, but on your indoor trainer it should be super-safe. Excellent video for a good and long workout. Enjoy!!
