Rim run at Bryce Canyon National Park in southern Utah. There are multiple viewpoints along the rim trail and several steep trails that descend through the eroded columns of red rock. For a run at the bottom of the canyon, see my Peekaboo video. Like the Grand Canyon, once you go down, you gotta come back up.
