This video follows the long gently descending road along the river Guil, starting near the 'Cirque de Mont Viso' and finishing in Guillestre. The river is known for wild-water kayaking. The average gradient of the road is about -2%, so you can still get a good training if you try to go at high speed and about 80% of your FTP. Enjoy (either in Discovery or Challenge mode)!!
