Coll de Femenia

This is the first of three videos that take you in a circular route from Pollensa in Northern Mallorca, initially up through the Coll de Femenia, then down through the Coll de sa Batalla, and then back to Pollensa. Most cyclists seem to do the ride clockwise taking in the Coll De sa Batalla (7.9kms, ave 5%) first. But I chose to do the ride ant-clockwise starting with the 7.6kms, average 6% climb first. Temperatures were around 27c but much of the route is in shade from both the hillside and the trees. I'm not great at climbs so in some parts progress is slow but hopefully the scenery, sunshine, and blue skies will make for an enjoyable ride.
