Mount Kiera features as the most significant climb of the 2022 Road Cycling World Championships, held in Wollongong, Australia. Please enjoy the native bushland of Australia as you undertake this steady climb. The first few hundred meters are the most challenging but manageable, from here feel free to find a nice comfortable pace or push yourself for a personal best. The video includes the decent to assist with rolling the legs out after the climb if needed. Be sure to watch in the coming days for other sections of the Worlds, including the 30 km coastal run into Wollongong from Stanwell Park and the Elite TT circuit amongst other rides around Wollongong.
