The start is at Chinamans beach, a secluded area in the Middle Harbour. After a short journey over the beach we move into Rosherville Reserve. There is a steep climb up to Parriwi Rd, which we then follow down with occaisonal views back to the beach, Manly and the Heads. At the bottom of Parriwi Rd we join Spit Rd with views to the East of the Marina. Then up to and under Spit Bridge, the only opening bridge in Sydney. From there into the Spit Reserve along a shared cycle way in an off leash dog area. The path goes into Pearl Bay reserve and we return back to the bridge finishing with a view of the Marina and the Plonk Beach cafe.
